Our grandfather, William Kroplin, Sr. had a vision in 1947, and started Napa Septic Tank Service to install and maintain septic systems in Napa County. When Bill retired, his daughter, Vicki and son in law John Rawlins, took over the business. When John retired in 2010, his daughter, Laura and son in law Jose Ceja took over. The pride in workmanship, and experience has carried on through almost 8 decades, serving Napa County and further.

With decades of hands-on experience, Jose brings solutions and a helpful attitude to every project. We believe honest advice and fair pricing build the long-term relationships our community deserves.
